That's Keith for You

Wait dude
itz gonna come soon...!
Ok so starting from where we left off...

Scene 1: Typical day in office, there is an issue and the other team whose inputs are dependent on our system are raising helter skelter as to whats the reason why it is not done. The problem is there seems to be a job which seems to have finished everything distributed among 14 different jvm nodes finished for all but one node. Me being on support couldn't able to dwell much as i have done everything possible in my capacity currently. Sent SOS to a consultant who knows more abt the things than me. He and me sitting in front of the PC analysing everything and wat not...even the i/p of my colleague doesnt help. In comes Keith the manager from the client side and I show him the log file which contains some special character @ filling the log file in b/w. He types cd /STDERROUT then ls -ltr and opens one log file and it shows the disk space is full ;)....

Scene2: Once again an issue in which one of the data processing job seems to have stuck at second last stage, i open the log file and since it is a production issue the other ppl are asking for resolution for it on the prod chat channel. I am again trying my best to resolve it...I can see that there is some lock exists msg in the log. The next thing i see is keith asking for some table in the prod channel. I ignore it and go to the piece of code which throws the message and ultimately comes to the same table for which their is a lock on hold by a previous job and holding the current process. Keith comes to my seat and says a quick lesson, he tells me to open Toad and asks me to see this this this and that to figure out the db lock...
It is not the thing that he knows more than me or anyone but the way to approach things...

kuch bhi...

sitting here in the office looking out of the window
i could see the beautiful sea
i am long way away from home but have not lost touch
i may not see my family and friends but can never forget the moments and time spent together
some times i sit alone on a bench in the park near my house and takes myself down to the memory lane.....
yes the inevitable always happens and thats a proof of me being here...
i dont knw what the future has installed but i have not yet lost dreaming still
